Who Can Take This Course
- Valid NY Learner Permit required
- Temporary paper permit accepted with NYS ID
- Passport not accepted
After Completion: You will be issued a MV 278 Certificate required to schedule your NYS road test.
Important Clarifications
- Is not a point reduction program
- Does not reduce insurance premiums
- Does not qualify drivers under 17 to drive alone
